Since the students are sectioned according to gender, the difference in behavior is very evident. On our first day meeting the class, we asked them of their names and interests so that we could easily incorporate it in our discussion. The sections that are assigned to me were both girls, so I just observed my colleagues' classes so I can see what a boys' section is like. We noticed that their interests are entirely different from each other. Female students are mostly interested in singing, dancing, arts and crafts, while male students are mostly interested in sports such as futsal, basketball, soccer, and such. That's why the methods of teaching varies between the sections. For male students, the discussion should be more incorporated with kinesthetic learning styles because they are more active. They're also the class who is more difficult to handle so the teacher should make use of their energy as a part of the discussion and therefore also a part of their learning progress. While for female students, I, myself, made use of their interest for crafts to get their attention in the discussion. I taught them how to do a butterfly origami as an introduction for our topic which is Fractions. It was made using an origami paper that was provided by us because all learning materials should be provided by the teacher. Even the learning activities should be printed prior to the discussion so that the students don't have to write in on a paper. We don't have to worry much for expenses because they let us use the printer in the faculty to print everything we need for our instruction. On our first week in Al-Amjad, we had our campus tour for us to familiarize the place and be aware of what could are sources of learning and technology be. They have libraries, labs, and enough rooms for their students. There's also a music room for their instruments and for their music class. There's also a room for them to pray and many more.

Assessments in Al-Amjad is held every semester. Their midterm examinations happened right after we go back home to the Philippines so we didn't really witnessed it happen. Although, there was a week that they had a lot of activities to celebrate the Independence Day and one of those is a Quiz Bee held at the prayer room. They were given a piece of paper and they had to write their answer there and raise it when the timer strikes. When you get the right answer, you stay; otherwise, you are out of the contest. Their version of quiz bee is quite difficult because it consists of all subject areas including the history of their school and such.

Their pedagogy of handling things academically is not much different with most schools. Despite being young for being a school for only 3 years, they have really been doing well and better every year.
